Wallace Neff

Wallace Neff was an architect base in Southern California and was mostly responsible for developing the distinct architectural style known as "Californian Style". Neff's influences drew from both from Spain and the Mediterranean.
I was lucky to visit the archives at the Huntington Librairy and see some of Neff's blue prints.

This was so adorable. The library was able to find one of Wallace's baby books that had an original drawing when Wallace  was about 6 year's old.

This must of been where it all started????

Wallace loved to draw. This drawing was mostly done when he was 18 year's old.

Happy Friday!!!
